What "one-stop" means

A piece of recorded music normally has two sets of rights: the composition (the song itself — melody, lyrics, arrangement) and the master (the specific recording). Licensing music for video usually means clearing both, often from different owners.

Delivery

The moment your payment clears you get a license certificate and an immediate download: the full track and the 30-second and 15-second cutdowns (320 kbps MP3). For the Commercial and Film/TV tiers, the 24-bit WAV master is delivered by email within 24 hours — usually much sooner. Stems and a cue sheet (Film/TV) are provided on request.

Your license certificate lists the track, ISRC, tier, scope, date, and payment reference. Keep it with your project records; it is your proof of clearance.

Frequently asked

Do I need a separate performance (PRO) license for broadcast?
For the Film/TV tier we supply a cue sheet on request so the broadcaster can report the performance to the relevant PRO in the normal way. The synchronization right — the right to pair the music with your visuals — is fully granted by your MIAS license. Public-performance royalties, where they apply, are handled through the broadcaster's existing PRO reporting, at no extra cost to you.
Is the music exclusive to me?
No. Catalog licenses are non-exclusive — the same track may be licensed to others for other projects. If you need exclusivity or a first-use window for a campaign, ask us for an exclusive quote.
What territory and term do I get?
Worldwide, and perpetual for the Social and Commercial tiers. The Film/TV tier covers the life of the production it is placed in. Your rights do not expire and do not require renewal.
Can I edit the track — shorten it, loop it, change the arrangement?
Yes. You may edit, cut, loop, and re-time the track to fit your project. You may not resell or redistribute the audio itself, or register it with any Content ID / fingerprinting system.
Will this get claimed on YouTube?
No. We do not place our catalog in YouTube Content ID, so a valid license means no claims and no disputes on your upload.
How is the music made?
Our tracks are AI-assisted compositions — generated on a paid, commercially licensed tool, then arranged, produced, and mastered by us, and cleared one-stop. Every track is original to Made Into A Song. We disclose this openly; the rights you receive are the same clean, one-stop rights described above.
What if I need a refund?
Because delivery is instant and the files are non-returnable, sales are final once downloaded. If a file is corrupt or the wrong track was delivered, contact us and we will fix it immediately. See our Terms.
Can you write something custom?
Yes — a custom cue written to your picture, or a variation of an existing track. Send a brief with your scene, timing, and reference, and we will quote scope and turnaround.
